Preparation:
For best results, ensure the surface is clean and free from wax or oil. If wax has been used, clean the surface thoroughly with white spirit. We recommend sanding bare wood and previously painted or varnished surfaces before painting. Make sure that new concrete is sound, fully cured and free of laitance.
Application:
Apply in temperatures between 10 and 30°C. Stir thoroughly before use. The product can be applied by brush or roller. When applying by brush, apply evenly, following the wood grain. When using a roller, use a short nap mohair roller. Two coats are recommended.
Coverage:
Up to 14m²/L. Coverage may vary depending on the application method and rate and the porosity of the surface.
Drying time:
Touch dry in 1 hour. Apply a second coat after 4 hours, if needed. Wait 24 hours before returning the room to use. Full hardness is achieved after 7 days – do not wash the floor during this time.
Cleaning:
Remove as much product as possible from your application equipment before washing with water. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings.

Storage:
2 years (unopened) from date of manufacture (see bottom of can).

EU limit value for this product (cat.: IIA/i): 140g/L (2010).
This product contains a maximum of 50g/L of VOCs.

Warning:
Not for direct application to metal. This is not a stain-blocking product. Prime any surfaces that may be prone to stain bleeding, including knots, with a suitable stain-blocking primer. If in doubt, test on an inconspicuous area before painting. Not recommended for outdoor use or areas subject to regular water contact, such as bathrooms, or for high-wear areas like garage floors. Not recommended for tiles or laminate flooring.
