SMARTSEAL Roof impregnation 25 l

SMARTSEAL Roof Impregnation is a clear, solvent-free acrylic coating designed for concrete, clay and slate roofs. It creates a water-repellent barrier on the roof surface and protects against algae and moss re-growth. Once applied, it changes the chemical structure of the roof tile and provides a water-repellent surface. A 25 l pack is sufficient to treat up to 125 m² of concrete roof tiles and 200-250 m² of clay and slate roof tiles. SMARTSEAL roof impregnation resists water, stains and organic growth. It is dry to the touch after 2-3 hours and fully waterproof after 24 hours.

Use:
Before applying the roof coating, make sure the tiles or slates are completely clean, dry and free of moss or algae. If you are applying to an older roof, pressure washing and application of a suitable biocide is necessary before applying the impregnating coating. Apply the impregnation with a hand-held sprayer or brush. It is advisable to apply a thin second layer "wet-on-wet" after 20-30 minutes. Do not apply if there is a risk of rain or temperatures below 10°C. Test the product on a test area first. Stir the container before use. Clean the application device with water immediately after use.
