SMARTSEAL Xtreme Roof Cleaner 5 l

Smartseal Xtreme Cleaner reliably keeps concrete and slate roof tiles clean. Allows effective roof cleaning without intensive pressure washing. Contains 4 active ingredients to eliminate the growth and spread of black and white spots, algae, lichen, moss and surface dirt. For light soiling, it is diluted 1:1 with water and very easy to apply with a sprayer. A 5 l pack is enough to treat 40 m² of roof. Smartseal Xtreme effectively removes most types of organic growth from your roof in just 60 minutes.

Use:
Before using the product, remove any loose dirt or thick layers of moss. Apply diluted or undiluted product using a sprayer. It is necessary to be able to tell that there is a layer of preparation on the roof. It's not enough to apply just a dusting. Leave on for approximately 60 minutes and then rinse with water. It is not necessary to use pressure washing. Avoid application if the roof is too hot.
Note:
Xtreme Cleaner contains chlorine as an active ingredient and can stain clothes. Therefore, take care to avoid contact with clothing during application. Toxic to aquatic organisms, always wear protective gloves and goggles. The product may cause skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. The preparation has oxidizing effects. If it gets on lead or other sheet metal materials, it may temporarily discolour them if the product is not rinsed quickly.
