The Borniak UWDS-70 Simple Smoker is made of high quality stainless steel and has a simple electronic control panel. The smokehouse door seals perfectly and is secured with a magnetic lock, while four height-adjustable feet ensure perfect stability. Up to 6 steel grates for meat, sausages or cheese can be placed in the 70-litre smoking chamber and there are also hooks and hanging bars (1 grill included + 10 hooks and 3 bars). With a heating coil with a maximum output of 500 W, temperatures of up to 120 °C can be reached, which is sufficient for both smoking and slow grilling. The Borniak Simple 4 smoker is also equipped with a smoke generator, which is located on the left side, together with the control and the sawdust hopper.

The Borniak Simple Smoker enables healthy grilling
The Borniak Simple smoker works without a flame and the combustion temperature is optimal. As a result, the smoked food is not burnt on the surface and smoking is less harmful than the conventional methour In the smokehouse it is possible to smoke classically or with cold smoke at temperatures around 20 °C (you only heat using the spiral in the generator depending on the ambient temperature). Cold smoke contains up to four times fewer harmful substances than conventional hot smoke, so food prepared in this way is much healthier.
Easy maintenance and safe operation
The Borniak Simple 4 smoker cover and smoking grates are made of high quality stainless steel for perfect appearance and easy maintenance even after heavy smoking or grilling. The smokehouse can use smoking sawdust as fuel - beech, alder, oak or birch. The advantage is that sawdust does not ignite during combustion and there is no risk of unwanted charring of the meat surface. In addition, you will be alerted to the possibility of a fire by a distinctive audible signal if the maximum operating temperature inside the smoker is exceeded.
