The electric door lock operates in fail-secure mode, which keeps doors securely locked even during a power outage. The stainless steel and zinc alloy construction resists mechanical wear from daily use. The device mounts directly into the door frame and supports a latch depth of 8 mm, making it easy to integrate into both existing and modern door systems.

Mechanical resistance and sturdy construction
The model's mechanical resistance is high thanks to its robust materials. The use of stainless steel and zinc alloy provides a holding force of up to 227kg, making unauthorised entry difficult. With a body weight of 197g, the lock operates reliably in a temperature range of -10 to 60°C, so it can withstand more demanding operating conditions in various types of buildings.
Integrated door position sensor
The lock includes a built-in door position sensor (DPS) that continuously monitors whether the door is open or closed. The system uses a potential-free output, where the electrical circuit remains open between the DPS+ and DPS- terminals when the door is open. When closed, the circuit is shorted and sends information to the connected controller, with the sensor's parameters reaching 30V DC and 0.1A.
Power and energy consumption
The device requires a 12V DC power supply with a rated current draw of 200mA with a 10% tolerance. Power consumption does not exceed 2.4W, contributing to the economical operation of the entire access control system. Connection is simple via the integrated two-wire DC terminal block on the lock body, which ensures a stable power supply.
Installation options for different frames
The design allows for mounting in various types of door frames for single-leaf wooden or metal doors. The model can be easily installed in wooden, steel, and aluminium frames. The package contains two sizes of faceplates measuring 152 × 24.5 × 3mm and 250 × 25 × 3mm, giving you the flexibility to adapt the installation to specific conditions.
Compatibility with the UniFi Access system
The element is designed for seamless integration into the UniFi Access ecosystem for centralised building management. It can be easily connected to the main access modules such as UA-Hub-Door, UA-Hub-Door-Mini, UA-Hub-Gate, EAH-8, or UA-Ultra, enabling convenient real-time monitoring of entry status through the central software interface.
