The Yale 5140/20 fire-rated mortice lock is designed to secure fire-resistant doors. A latch bolt key-override mechanism lets you operate the latch, and the double-throw deadbolt ensures the door leaf locks securely. Thanks to the reversible latch bolt, the lock is universal for installation on both left- and right-handed doors. It is compatible with standard cylinders.
