Creativ Company: Candle Holder Modelling

This creative kit from Creativ Company lets children create their own candle holders. The pack contains materials for making two candle holders, including self-hardening clay and beads for decoration. Children can model the candle holder and decorate it with the included beads. Working with clay and beads promotes fine motor skills and concentration. The kit is suitable for children from five years old.

Creating your own candle holders

First, children form the self-hardening clay around the included tealight cups. The clay doesn't need to be fired in an oven and hardens on its own in the air. While the material is still soft, children can press in the tube-shaped beads to create different patterns. Once dry, you have a candle holder that just needs a tealight. The entire process is described in the included instructions.
