The DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler from DF Models is an outstanding high-end crawler with a brushless drive. Underneath the solid plastic scale body, which has lots of details and accessories and is attached to the chassis with quick-release fasteners, lies a steel frame chassis. It also features a fully equipped cockpit and opening doors. Metal reinforcements and steering rods provide the necessary stability. Vertically mounted all-aluminium oil-filled shock absorbers ensure perfect handling on any terrain. An interesting feature is the integrated phone holder. You can attach your smartphone to the remote control, which lets you, for example, film your own action videos.

Two speeds and drag brake
The switchable 2-speed gearbox allows for slow crawling at approximately 3km/h and brisk driving at around 13km/h. The finely controllable brushless controller also features a drag brake function, which prevents the DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler from rolling away when stopped on an incline.
Powerful motor and long run time
The special brushless crawler motor can be powered by either a 7.4V or 11.1V LiPo or Li-Ion battery, enabling extremely long driving times. The DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler package already includes a 7.4V 3000mAh Li-Ion battery and a corresponding USB charging cable. The universal battery holder means almost any type of battery can be used.
LED lighting and electric winch
The scale body of the DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler is equipped with LED lighting, which includes a light bar, searchlights, reversing lights, brake lights, and indicators. The lighting can be switched on and off via a switch on the remote control. The electric winch with its steel cable can also be controlled via the transmitter.
Locking differentials and portal axles
The differentials on the DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler can be locked or unlocked in various combinations using the remote control. The options are both unlocked, both locked, or just the front locked and the rear unlocked. The wheel drive is also further geared down via the gearbox, which makes perfect use of the available power. Portal axles also have the advantage of giving the model more ground clearance and preventing it from 'hopping' over obstacles, which is common with standard axles.
Clear controls with an LCD display
Various data can be displayed on the remote control's LCD screen. For example, the transmitter battery status, signal strength, selected gear (Low or High), steering deflection in %, throttle position in %, and trim status. The steering wheel is equipped with an additional lever, which enables one-handed control of the DF-04S Pro BL brushless crawler.
