The rules are similar to the classic game of Monopoly. At the start, players choose a piece, the banker hands out the starting money, and the dice roll determines movement. Unoccupied fields can be bought or auctioned, while rent is paid on occupied fields. After acquiring the entire colourful set, cottages can be built and then hotels that increase the rent.
