Ibalgin® Baby acts against pain and inflammation, reduces fever. It is used for pain control e.g. head, teeth, back, sore throat. It is also suitable for muscle and joint pains in influenza diseases, pain from bruises and sprains. Ibalgin® Baby dampens fever in influenza and other acute infections, including febrile reactions after vaccination, and is indicated for children from 3 months of age with a body weight of 6 kg or more.

Ingredients of Ibalgin Baby 20 mg/ml
As the name suggests, 1 ml of Ibalgin Baby contains 20 mg of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and fever. It blocks the production of certain chemicals in the body that are responsible for pain and inflammation.
Dosage and method of use
A dose measuring cup is included in each package for accurate measurement of the recommended dose. The suspension should be washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid. For febrile and painful conditions, children usually take Ibalgin® Baby depending on body weight and age, see table. In children with a body weight up to 30 kg do not exceed a dose of 25 ml of suspension per day. The interval between doses is 6-8 hours.
Contraindications
Do not use Ibalgin® Baby if the child is allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient in this product, or if the child has a history of allergic reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as. like bronchial asthma or hives. Further contraindications are listed in the package leaflet.
Storage
Store at 10 to 25 °C. Store in the original inner container to protect the product from light. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Use within 6 months after first opening. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
Notice
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Ibalgin Baby: if the child has a history of stomach or duodenal ulcers, if the child has inflammatory bowel disease with ulcers such as. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, if the child suffers from bronchial asthma, has nasal polyps, hay fever, chronic lung disease, more severe kidney or liver failure, some connective tissue diseases (called. collagenosis), for current or past heart problems, including heart failure, for angina (chest pain) or heart attack, after heart bypass surgery, peripheral artery disease (inadequate blood circulation in the legs due to narrowed or blocked arteries) or any type of stroke (including a "mini" stroke or transient ischemic attack "TIA"), if the child has or has had high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, has a family history of heart disease or stroke, or if the patient is a smoker, if the child has an infectious disease.
