The Bluetooth receiver, DAC, and amplifier form three separate, sequential stages inspired by the design of full-fledged hi-fi systems. This means each part of the chain does only what it does best, keeping the sound pure from the moment the signal is received to the output to your headphones. The wireless connection runs on the Bluetooth 5.1 standard, which provides a more stable transmission and lower power consumption. The amplifier supports a wide range of codecs including LDAC, LHDC, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX, AAC and SBC, maintaining high-quality sound even when you're on the move.
Wheel control and hands-free calls
Controlling the iFi Go blu Air is deliberately simple. Use the rotary wheel on the device to smoothly adjust the volume; a short press will play, pause, or skip to the next or previous track; and a long press will summon your phone's voice assistant. The RGB indicator uses colour to signal the current connection and playback status, so you have an overview at a glance without needing to reach for your phone. Additionally, the built-in microphone with noise and echo cancellation lets you make hands-free calls and use voice chat in games directly through the amplifier.

What's more, you can fine-tune the sound directly on the device with the XBass function for more prominent bass or the XSpace function for a wider, more spacious soundstage; both can also be combined as needed.
