Imazol Plus is an antifungal agent with an extended antibacterial effect. In addition to the antifungal agent clotrimazole, it also contains the antiseptic hexamidine, both active ingredients complement each other and potentiate their effect¹. It is suitable for the treatment of mycoses to which bacterial infections have been added, when the effect of clotrimazole alone is insufficient or when the initial symptoms of mycosis are underestimated, such as. "athlete's foot", and other mixed infections. Thanks to its hydrophilic ointment base, it is particularly suitable for the treatment of swollen skin wounds. Made in France.

For whom is Imazol Plus suitable
- bedridden elderly patients with bedsores requiring mild skin lubrication

- heavy manual workers wearing leaky clothing or footwear, who often develop untreated sores that are easily infected and subsequently develop into mycoses
- retreatment of seborrheic dermatitis after antifungal and corticosteroid therapy
- active cyclists (with underestimated mycosis in the groin or foot area)
- active or casual hikers(with underestimated mycosis in the groin or foot area)
- athletes who prefer indoor sports(mycosis in the midfoot, so called. athlete's foot)
- regular swimmers/sauna users, but also people who visit the pool/sauna only occasionally and underestimate mycosis
- patients with impaired blood circulation in the lower limbs (e.g. diabetics who have neglected the initial symptoms)
Tips and tricks
- Imazol Plus is applied in a thin layer to the affected areas 1-2 times a day (preferably in the morning or morning and evening).
- Usually 0.5 cm of cream is sufficient to treat an area the size of the palm of the hand. Imazol Plus is applied to the skin in a thin layer and spread thoroughly.
- Continue treatment for at least the next 3 weeks to prevent re-infection.
The cream is a dosage form with a light and absorbable base. The cream lubricates the skin (penetrates inside) without leaving a greasy feeling.
To decide whether to use Imazol crema paste or Imazol Plus, it is important to be clear about what you expect from the treatment. If you need to dry out the wetting mycosis, especially in the early stages (or use the cooling effect) - use Imazol cream paste. However, if you have underestimated the initial stages of mycosis, the mycotic infection has already progressed and the wound has already become inflamed - then use Imazol Plus.
*clotrimazole is an antifungal and hexamidine is an antiseptic.
**Imazol Plus can be used during lactation. However, breastfeeding mothers should not use Imazol Plus directly on the nipple area. Imazol Plus can be used during pregnancy with increased caution.

Use of Imazol Plus Cream 30 g
The cream is applied in a thin layer 1-2 times a day on the affected areas. For a successful treatment result, it is necessary to use the cream regularly and for a sufficiently long time even after the symptoms have disappeared. Do not use for more than 4 weeks without consulting your doctor.
Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use more than 4 weeks after first opening. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
