Immax NEO PRO is a smart door lock with a keypad that uses Bluetooth Low Energy communication. You can unlock the door using your fingerprint, a PIN code, or the Immax NEO PRO mobile app, and you can also create virtual keys for family members, guests, or other users. For remote control outside of Bluetooth range, you need a compatible smart gateway that supports BLE, such as the Immax NEO MULTI BRIDGE PRO. The lock is only designed for doors fitted with a cylinder that has an emergency function (can be opened from the outside even if a key is inside).

Compatible with the manufacturer's app
To use the product's smart features, you need to add the device to the manufacturer's app. You can find more information about the application (name, supported OS, supported languages) and how to add the device to the app in the product manual.
Fingerprint, PIN, app and virtual keys
The lock provides keyless access using a fingerprint, a PIN code, or the Immax NEO PRO app. You can create and share virtual keys with family, guests, or service personnel, without needing to hand over a physical key. The Immax NEO PRO app is available for both iOS and Android, supporting English and over 60 other languages. The system is compatible with TUYA and Lidl Home, and also supports Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri Shortcuts. For remote control of the lock outside of the normal Bluetooth range, a compatible central unit with BLE support is required.
Lock and keypad with long battery life
The main unit is powered by four AA batteries and the keypad by two AA batteries, with both parts offering a battery life of up to 300 days. The lock communicates via BLE in the 2400–2483.5MHz band and is designed to operate in temperatures from −10 to +55°C. The keypad has an IP53 rating and an operating range of −20 to +60°C, while the main lock unit has an IP20 rating. The operating humidity can be a maximum of 85% RH without condensation. Installation is only possible on a cylinder with an emergency function.
