Image Parameters
The 1/3" Progressive CMOS sensor captures video in 2880 × 1620 pixel resolution at 20 frames per second. The fixed lens with a 3.6mm focal length provides viewing angles of 88° horizontally, 47° vertically and 107° screen sizely. Modern H.265 and H.264 video compression effectively reduces network bandwidth requirements and saves space on the storage medium without loss of detail.
Hybrid Night Vision
Night mode offers four different display modes, including full-colour and classic infrared with a range of 10m. The integrated LED spotlight automatically activates in smart mode when suspicious movement is detected. Users can turn off the night light completely for discreet surveillance or use the permanent colour mode thanks to the two built-in floodlights.
Detection and AI Functions
IMOU SENSE artificial intelligence accurately recognises human figures and pets, preventing false alarms from other moving objects. The Motion Track feature automatically follows moving targets throughout the camera's entire field of view. The device instantly sends mobile notifications when unusual sounds are detected, such as a baby crying or glass breaking, and triggers an adjustable audible alarm if necessary.
Two-Way Audio and Communication
A built-in microphone and enhanced speaker transmit clear two-way communication in real time. There is a special touch button directly on the camera body for easily starting a call with family members via the paired app. To increase security, you can set your own voice recording as a siren warning signal.
Camera Rotation and Data Storage
The motorised drive performs a horizontal rotation in the range of 355° and a vertical tilt from -5° to 80° for complete room coverage. Recordings can be stored on a MicroSD card up to 512GB, a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or the manufacturer's cloud storage. To make efficient use of space, the camera uses the power-saving AOR mode, which captures only one frame per second when idle.
Connectivity and Application
Dual-band connectivity via WiFi 6 in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, along with an RJ-45 Ethernet port, provides stable data transmission without signal interference. The Imou Life mobile app for Android and iOS is used for complete settings management and live streaming monitoring. Support for the ONVIF standard facilitates integration into third-party systems and cooperation with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice assistants.
