Active ingredients
- Vitamin C (1200 mg) - one of the most important vitamins. Supports the immune system (even during intense physical exercise), contributes to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion. It acts as an antioxidant, thereby promoting protection of cells from oxidative stress. The human body is unable to make vitamin C on its own and is thus dependent on external intake.
- Supplements (60 mg) - a natural source of vitamin C and a rich source of natural antioxidants.
Ingredients
Vitamin C, rosehip fruit extract.
Recommended dosage
1 tablet per day. Take the tablets with enough water (1-2 glasses). It should be taken after meals. The product is suitable for celiacs and pregnant and breastfeeding women.
