Inflanor 20 mg/ml oral suspension 100 ml
Inflanor is intended for the short-term treatment of symptoms: Mild to moderate pain (headache, sore throat, toothache, pain when sprained or bruised), fevers (including post-vaccination fever, i.e. fever after vaccination) and febrile states in influenza and colds. Inflanor contains the medicine ibuprofen, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These products work by changing the body's response to pain and increased temperature. Due to the dosage form, Inflanor 20 mg/ml is primarily intended for children with a body weight of 5 kg (3 months and above). The package contains 100 ml.
Dosage and method of use
The dose of ibuprofen in children and adolescents depends on the body weight and age of the patient. For infants and children from 3 months to 12 years, the usual daily dose is 20-30 mg/kg, which is administered in 3-4 sub-doses, with a dosing interval of 6-8 hours.1.
