The production process
So what does this production process involve? Before being sealed in a barrel, Jack Daniel's is filtered by slowly dripping it through a 3-metre-thick layer of charcoal made from sugar maple. This method has been used at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery since it was founded in the mid-19th century. Why change something that works so exceptionally well?

Jack Daniel's Old No.7 is a legend enjoyed by greats such as Frank Sinatra. Legend has it that a bottle of Jack accompanied him to his coffin, along with a box of good cigarettes and some change for the phone to call his friends. Taste and aroma
On the nose, you'll find oak wood, sweet sugar syrup, and dessert vanilla.
