How to use your discount
- Choose your item and add it to the cart.
- Enter the discount code in the Apply Promo/Discount Code or Gift Voucher field in the cart and confirm it by clicking the Add button.
(You can find it at the bottom of the screen) - If all the conditions for applying the discount are met, you will immediately see the price of your product reduced
by the percentage specified on the voucher. This gives you a clear overview of the final amount and reassurance that the discount has been applied.
Types of vouchers and how to use them
We offer several voucher types. Here’s a comprehensive overview of each type and the general rules for their use.

1. Absolute Discount
The voucher's nominal value may vary. These are typically gift vouchers we sell to customers, or promotional vouchers bundled with product purchases.
General rules:
- Can be combined with other Absolute Discount vouchers
- Can be combined with Percentage Discount vouchers
- Can be combined with Fixed Amount with Minimum Purchase vouchers
- Can be combined with Free Shipping vouchers

2. Fixed Amount with Minimum Purchase
The voucher's nominal value requires a minimum purchase amount to activate the discount.
Example: "Spend XXX, save YYY".General rules:
- Only vouchers with different values can be combined (e.g. CZK 100 + CZK 200), but vouchers with the same value (e.g. CZK 100 + CZK 100) cannot be used together.
When combining vouchers, their minimum purchase thresholds are also added together. Example: I have a CZK 100 voucher that can be used for purchases over CZK 1,000, and a CZK 200 voucher that is valid for purchases over CZK 2,000. The CZK 100 voucher becomes active when the cart value is CZK 1,000 or more. The CZK 200 voucher can only be applied when the combined minimum purchase requirement is met – i.e., a cart value of at least CZK 3,000. - Can be combined with Percentage Discount vouchers
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount vouchers with no restrictions
- Can be combined with Free Shipping vouchers
- Only vouchers with different values can be combined (e.g. CZK 100 + CZK 200), but vouchers with the same value (e.g. CZK 100 + CZK 100) cannot be used together.

3. Percentage Discount
Percentage-based vouchers apply to all items in the cart. If restricted to a specific category, the discount only applies to products within that category. Only one percentage voucher can be applied to each product. If multiple percentage vouchers are used on the same product, the one with the highest value will be applied.
General rules:
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount vouchers with no restrictions
- Can be combined with Fixed Amount with Minimum Purchase vouchers
- Can be combined with Percentage Discount vouchers
- Can be combined with Free Shipping vouchers

4. Free Shipping
Applying this voucher activates free shipping. It only works with delivery options that allow this feature.
General rules:
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount vouchers without restrictions
- Can be combined with Fixed Amount vouchers without restrictions
- Can be combined with Percentage Discount vouchers
- Cannot be combined with other Free Shipping vouchers

Common restrictions may include:
- Voucher applies only if the cart contains a specific product
- Voucher applies only if the cart includes at least one item from a selected category
- Voucher applies only on a specific platform (e.g., website or mobile app)
- Voucher is valid only during a specific promotional period
- Voucher requires selecting a specific delivery method
- Voucher requires choosing a specific payment method
- Voucher is valid only when picking up at a specific store
- Voucher is only available to members of a particular loyalty program.
