Recommended Dosage
Adults: 1 chewable tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines.
Warning
Due to the risk of iron overdose, keep out of reach of children. If you are taking medication for high blood pressure, blood clotting and/or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The colour of the tablets may vary due to the presence of natural ingredients.
