Vitamins K2 and D3
Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from being deposited in the blood vessels and redirects it to the bones. Vitamin D3 is involved in the incorporation of calcium and phosphorus into the bones, contributes to their healthy growth, to the maintenance of healthy teeth and muscles and to the correct functioning of the immune system.

Recommended dosage
Adults 1 capsule daily.
