JBL Stage3 868F

JBL Stage3 868F coaxial speakers are designed as a replacement for the original speakers in your car. They feature a two-way design and a nominal power output of 70W RMS. The woofer uses the patented Plus One cone architecture, which increases the total surface area of the diaphragm and delivers a more powerful low-frequency performance. The PEI dome tweeter ensures a smooth and natural high-frequency response. A sensitivity of 91dB and an impedance of 4 Ohms ensure the power from both the head unit and an external amplifier is fully utilised.

Patented diaphragm for powerful bass

The woofer uses the patented Plus One cone architecture, which increases the total surface area of the diaphragm compared to standard designs. The result is higher sensitivity and a more powerful low-frequency performance. The cone itself is made from polypropylene reinforced with 10% glass fibre, giving it the necessary rigidity for precise, resonant bass. The diaphragm surface also has a laser-engraved design that creates a visual effect similar to forged carbon fibre.

Clean highs and efficient power use

High-frequency reproduction is handled by the tweeter, whose design ensures a smooth and natural high-frequency response without any harshness. It features a balanced PEI dome construction and performs well regardless of the volume level. The speakers also work with true 4-Ohm load technology. This compensates for the natural resistance in thin factory wiring, ensuring the power from both the car radio and an external amplifier is fully utilised.

Easy installation and considerate materials

JBL Stage3 868F speakers are designed with a focus on a precise fit, which makes them easy to integrate into your vehicle. The 6″ × 8″ (152 × 203mm) size corresponds to common mounting holes, ensuring a hassle-free installation. Materials were used in their production, such as plastics and PVC-free wiring.
