You can choose from 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10mm, ensuring your dough is always rolled to a uniform height. The wooden surface also features a printed measurement guide, making it easy to roll your dough to the desired width from 140 to 340mm.
Hand wash the rolling pin only and do not leave it submerged in water. Oil the wooden surface regularly with a food-safe oil.
