The dandelion is “packed” with highly beneficial substances. For example, in autumn, dandelions contain a large amount of inulin, which perfectly nourishes the microflora of the large intestine. In this way, the dandelion helps to bring the large intestine into optimal condition, while also indirectly strengthening the immune system, it supports the normal function of the stomach and liver and acts as a prebiotic.
