The base is washed Colombia from the Huila region, which gives the coffee body and structure. It is blended with sparkling Ethiopia from Guji, which adds that unmistakable fruity " punch". The result in a cup? The first sip wakes you up with the taste of fresh grapefruit, but immediately follows with the smooth sweetness of honey and an aftertaste reminiscent of coconut cookies. It' s a comprehensive experience created by two groups of coffee enthusiasts. Grapefruit Parade is a lively, cheerful coffee. It' s not boring, but it' s not aggressively sour either.
Acidity: Medium to high, citrus (grapefruit/orange).
Sweetness: Honey-like, balancing acidity.
Tones: Pink grapefruit, flower honey, coconut/biscuits.
