Four blades for every occasion
The Kai SELECT 100 peeler comes with four different blades that you can easily swap as needed. For classic peeling, there are two straight blades with cutting thicknesses of 0.3mm and 0.4mm. If you want to prepare thin vegetable strips for salads or Asian dishes, you will appreciate the two julienne blades. These blades create strips that are 1.85mm or 3.5mm wide. All blades are made of stainless steel, which gives them durability and a long life.
