Precision blade and easy maintenance
The core of the knife is a blade made from 72 layers of Damascus steel, combining flexible VG2 steel with extremely hard VG10 steel. This construction achieves a hardness of 61 (±1) HRC, which results in excellent edge retention. The knife is designed for hand washing only. To maintain its quality, wash it with warm water and dry it immediately after each use. For regular sharpening, the manufacturer recommends using water whetstones, which provide the best care for the blade's fine structure.
Not suitable for dishwashers.
