Mumio (silajite, tears of rocks) is a rare mineral found in the Altai Mountains. Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1 time daily in the morning, with meals. Wash down with liquid (water, tea, juice). Take for 30 days (1 pack). Not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
