KDS Beechwood Butcher Knife 8 - Block

This knife has a high-quality T5MoV stainless steel blade with a wooden handle. The blade contains molybdenum and vanadium, which increases its long life and allows for a higher degree of hardness (54-56 HRc). The knife is designed for normal use in homes as well as for professional use. This product will last for a very long time, especially if you avoid dishwashers. We recommend simply washing it by hand with soap water then wiping it dry with a cloth.
