KDS Cutting plate 32/18, shaiba

This mincing plate, or disc, is designed for use with meat mincers for grinding meat and other ingredients. The size of the holes determines the final coarseness of the ground ingredients. To ensure the longest possible lifespan, the manufacturer recommends washing the plate with warm water after use, drying it thoroughly, and storing it in a dry, non-corrosive environment.
