Maintenance is important

It is best to wipe the board immediately after washing or let it dry out well. Wood is not metal, so in time it will have its cuts from knives and chisels, and for that reason it is even more important to keep it clean. For a longer service life, it is advisable to use a cleaning oil once in a while.
