The KELA Vitana cast aluminium pan has an innovative 3-layer non-stick surface and a thick stainless steel base. High-quality material with a Teflon surface ensures efficient heat distribution and dissipation. The thick internal structure with the Oil Control System ensures that fat and liquids are evenly distributed throughout the cooking surface and under the food being prepared. Solid workmanship offers long lifeand the genuine beechwood handle provides safe handling and gives the pan an elegant look. KELA Vitana is suitable for all types of hobs and also for the oven. Each part of which the pan is composed is replaceable. Cleaning is very easy and only hand washing is recommended to preserve the texture of the wood on the handle.
