The Venom is a fast and responsive pot made of high-quality copper, particularly suitable for smaller CPUs with low TDP such as the Kaby Lake series. The Venom has the best potential to reach the lowest temperature among all the pots commercially available, so it is ideal for the so-called “full pot” benching, which is a state when the pot is cooled to the temperature of liquid nitrogen (-196°C). It is a typical feature of cold bug-free processors that remain operational even at extremely low, sub-zero temperatures, which can be achieved with liquid helium. On the other hand, the KPC Venom is not suitable for cooling large X99 platform processors such as the 6950X and similar monsters.
