Kitchen Aid MVSA Slicer/Cutter

The blade/slicer consists of three drums: cutting, grating and slicing. It can cut and graft both root and fruit vegetables, potatoes, onions and fruits for salads, soups or cakes. The grinder also manages to coat almonds, nuts and cheeses for perfect decoration of meals.

Using drums:

• Rough cut (root and leafy vegetables, almonds and nuts for baking, fruit and soft cheese)
• Medium grain (root vegetables and fruits, almonds, nuts, chocolate, decorating cheese)
• Slicing (potatoes, onions, root vegetables, fruits and leafy vegetables)
