The 6.6L Artisan robot with a lifting bowl is equipped with a very powerful 375W motor and 11 speeds to provide control from low speed for mixing ingredients to high speed for whisking. It features 1/2 speed mixing for adding fine ingredients and fragile ingredients, like blueberries, raspberries, whites, cream, etc., to keep the air in the dough and keep the ingredients from getting mushy. Thanks to the soft start function, the acceleration to the selected speed is gradual and splashing of liquids or loose ingredients is avoided. The robot uses the original planetary mixing system from the centre to the edge of the bowl. This ensures that the ingredients are mixed quickly, evenly and thoroughly.

Also included is a 6.6 l (5KSMB70) polished stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle for mixing up to 3.8 kg of bread dough or 16 egg whites. Smaller bowls of 5.2 l (5KSMB55) and 5.6 l (5KSMB60) are also compatible with the robot.
