It contains the natural mineral complex Aquamin - a natural source of calcium (calcium carbonate) and magnesium (magnesium hydroxide), the main ingredient of which is 100% pure calcified red seaweed from the genus Lithothamnion containing calcium, which contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and bones, magnesium, which has a beneficial effect on bones and contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. The product includes shii-take mushroom, boswellia (saw palmetto), rosehip and sea buckthorn.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, or split and the contents are poured into food or water.
