Kodak EC35 35mm Film Camera Vanilla White
The Kodak EC35 film camera in white is used for taking analogue photos on 135 format film. Optics and Focal Length
The lens with a fixed focal length of 25mm offers a wide-angle view that is versatile for street photography and portraits. The optics consist of two acrylic 2-Element Optical Grade Acrylic Lens elements, which provide a clear image with a fixed aperture of F10. Fixed focus eliminates the need to focus before each press of the shutter button. The lens captures a wide field of view, which facilitates quick composition of scenes in an urban environment.
Safe Portability
The sliding lens cover protects the optical elements from mechanical damage, scratches, and dust during transport. The cover acts as an automatic shutter lock for the camera when closed. It prevents accidental exposure of shots and exposure of the film material from an accidental press of the shutter button in a pocket or luggage.
Integrated Flash
The camera includes an integrated flash that helps illuminate the scene in dark places or during evening photography. The user activates the flash by manually advancing the film to the next frame to prepare the shutter. The shutter speed is fixed at 1/100s. The built-in flash system illuminates subjects indoors or in low ambient light when the scene requires an additional light source.
Power and Operation
The built-in flash operates on a single AA battery, which can be easily replaced even while travelling if it runs out. This means the camera is not dependent on charging from the mains. The package also includes a practical wrist strap, which makes it easier to hold the camera securely while taking photos and helps prevent it from accidentally slipping out of your hand.
