Design for efficient cooking
The core of the pan is its A-THERM INDUCTION heat-accumulating sandwich base, which, thanks to its planar stability, transfers heat perfectly and helps save energy. The body of the pan is made from a 0.8mm thick sheet of CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel. The ergonomic plastic handle features a thermal bridge break, so it doesn't get hot when cooking on the hob. The entire pan can withstand oven temperatures of up to 150°C.
