If you need a lid for the pan, any KOLIMAX lid with a 22 cm diameter will fit. The pan is made of high-quality CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel from a very strong 0.8mm thick sheet metal. For easy maintenance and convenient cooking, the inner surface of the pan is finely brushed 3×. The outer surface is polished to a mirror finish. The A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base accumulates heat, saving energy during cooking and guarantees its flatness for loss-free heat transfer throughout the pan's lifetime. The pan is suitable for all types of hobs (induction, gas, electric, and ceramic).
