Recommended dosage
Mix 1 dose (7 g) with 250 to 300 ml of water. Mix well and drink immediately after preparation. Take after work or before dinner (for calming and recovery without caffeine stimulation, may lower blood pressure). It is ideal as a light drink to boost metabolism while relaxing.
