KREUL Glass & Porcelain Medium, Dark Blue

The Kreul marker pen is designed for creative painting on porcelain, glass and ceramic. Its water-based ink provides a brilliant, opaque colour that can be easily removed with water before it dries. The medium round tip lets you draw lines with a width of 2 to 4mm. After heat-setting in the oven, your creation becomes permanently durable and dishwasher safe. The marker pen is suitable for children from 6 years and adults.

Use and correction

With the Kreul marker pen, you can easily create your own designs on crockery and decorations. The ink is water-based, which makes it easy to work with. As long as the colour has not dried, it can be simply wiped off with a damp cloth. This lets you make corrections and adjustments to your work before the final setting.

Permanent setting

To achieve permanent durability for your creation, the colour needs to be set by baking it. This process ensures that the painting will withstand regular use and washing. Setting takes place in a kitchen oven set to 160°C. The baking itself takes 90 minutes, and once complete, the colour is cured. You can then wash the treated glass, porcelain or ceramic in the dishwasher.

Line and brilliant colours

The marker pen is equipped with a medium round tip, which is suitable for both writing and drawing details, as well as filling in smaller areas. It creates lines with a width of 2 to 4mm. The water-based ink used is lightfast, so the colours will remain brilliant and won't fade over time. Thanks to its opacity, the dark blue shade stands out even on contrasting backgrounds.
