KREUL Glass & Porcelain Pen METALLIC, 2–4mm, Silver

The Kreul Metallic glass and porcelain marker lets you create original decorations on pots, glasses or plates. Its water-based metallic silver colour is highly opaque and lightfast, so your creations won't fade over time. Before fixing, you can easily correct the design with water. After simple curing in a domestic oven, the decoration becomes permanently durable and you can safely wash it in the dishwasher without it getting damaged.

Easy to use for your own designs

Working with the marker is simple. Before use, just shake the marker and prime the tip with a light pumping action. For the best result, the surface to be decorated must be clean and free of grease. Thanks to its water-based formula, the colour is odourless and easy to apply. If you make a mistake with your design, don't worry – as long as it hasn't been baked, you can simply wipe it off with a damp cloth and start again. This gives you complete creative freedom.

Permanent results after curing in the oven

To make your work of art permanent, it needs to be fixed. After you finish painting, let the colour dry for at least 4 hours. Then, place the object into a cold, non-preheated oven. Set the temperature to 160°C and once reached, let the decoration cure for 90 minutes. After this time, turn off the oven and let the object cool down inside. This process makes the design highly durable and dishwasher-safe.

Opaque colour and a versatile tip

The silver metallic ink is highly pigmented, which ensures excellent coverage even on darker surfaces. It is also lightfast, which protects the colours from fading in the light. The marker is equipped with a round tip, and its line width of 2 to 4mm is ideal for both writing thin lines and details, as well as colouring larger areas. This makes it easy to bring all sorts of creative ideas to life.
