Effaclar Micellar Water is a make-up remover and cleansing product for oily, blemish-prone skin. It gently removes impurities, sebum and make-up, cleansing without drying and leaving the skin fresh and shine-free. Up to 99% of make-up and up to 69% of mascara is removed with a single cotton pad*. It contains zinc, glycerine and thermal water from La Roche-Posay for a cleansing, soothing and hydrating effect. Apply to a cotton pad and gently apply to the entire face in the morning and/or evening, do not rinse.
