The LEGRAND UPS Keor SPE Rack 1U 1500VA backup power supply with proven line-interactive technology provides reliable power protection for servers and other key network components in a compact 1U design. This model delivers an apparent power of 1500VA and a real power of 1050W, offering a 2-minute backup time at full load to safely save all work in progress and system processes. This effectively prevents the loss of important information during a sudden power outage. The 44mm high design corresponds to the standard 1U size and is intended for mounting in standard 19" rack cabinets. The total weight of the device is 17.5kg with a chassis depth of 557mm and a width of 440mm. 

Topology and stable performance

This model uses line-interactive technology, which effectively compensates for mains voltage fluctuations without switching to battery power. The device operates with a single-phase input in the range of 175 to 288V and provides a stable output voltage of 208 to 240V with a distortion of only 3% under linear load. The overall efficiency reaches 85%, while in the energy-saving ECO mode it shows a high efficiency of 98% to reduce energy losses.

Battery and protection features

Inside the device is a six-cell lead-acid battery that provides power during a mains failure. The system features automatic shutdown of connected devices and a potential-free switching contact for advanced integration. Integrated deep discharge protection prevents battery damage and extends its service life in demanding operating environments with temperatures from 0 to 40°C.

Management and monitoring

A clear LCD display on the front panel of the device makes it easy to monitor operating statuses. Power management is facilitated by a USB communication interface and an SNMP network card for remote management via a web interface. Users can take advantage of the automatic safe shutdown function to protect sensitive operating systems from sudden power interruptions.

Connectivity

The input connection is via a standard C14 connector. To connect protected devices, this rack UPS offers a total of 5 IEC C13 type output sockets. The equipment also includes one IEC Jumper cable for powering other network components.
