Levenhuk Ra R80 ED Doublet OTA

The Levenhuk Ra R80 ED Doublet OTA is an apochromatic refractor with two lenses and very low dispersion optics. The stargazing telescope effectively reduces chromatic aberration, transmitting images with high contrast and clarity. The optics with multiple anti-reflective coatings on all optical elements are made of ED glass (Extra-low Dispersion), i.e. very low dispersion glass. It allows you to observe even faint stars. You can easily observe the deep sky and the universe. Thanks to the two-speed eyepiece lift, 2" accessories can be installed. The eyepiece lift provides very precise focus adjustment. The optical tube assembly is made of anodized aluminium with a very high quality blackened finish inside. A quick-release wing-head screw allows this optical tube assembly to be installed on most modern mounts.

The optical tube is ideal for astrophotography, especially for large objects, and quite good for visual observation. It has a wide field of view, high resolution and excellent mechanics.
