MacBook Pro 13" Retina DE 2016 Touch Bar Space Grey

Ingenious. Wherever you touch.

Faster and more powerful than ever before, yet much thinner and lighter. It has the brightest, most colourful display of all portable Macs. A Touch Bar - a multi-touch glass bar integrated in the keyboard with all the exact tools you need at your fingertips. The new MacBook Pro is based on revolutionary ideas and is just waiting for yours.

A revolutionary way to use Mac.

The Touch Bar lets you access the most important tools directly on your keyboard, which automatically changes depending on what you are doing. All the Touch Bar elements will be familiar to you. With a single touch, you can choose from shortcuts, emoticons and more. You can take the full-screen video timeline or skip from one photo to another and edit it quickly. In addition, your very first sign in to the Mac will be with Touch ID.

The Touch Bar automatically changes depending on what you are doing.

Insurmountable in every aspect.

The new MacBook Pro moves the laptop to a whole new level of performance and portability. Whether your ideas lead you anywhere, with the cutting-edge graphics, Intel's high-performance Intel Kaby Lake processor and state-of-the-art storage, you will get there faster than ever before.

The brightest, most colourful display on the portable Mac.

The display of the new MacBook Pro is the best one ever seen on a portable Mac. It has brighter LED backlighting and a higher contrast ratio, which means darker black and lighter white tones. With the pixels with a larger aperture and variable refresh rate, it is more economical than previous generations. It's also the first Portable Mac display that supports a wide colour gamut with even more vibrant green and red shades. It displays the photos more vivid and with realistic lively details, which is crucial for graphic design, grading and video editing.

A sound that speaks for itself. Pretty loud.

The completely newly designed speakers have up to twice the dynamic range and up to 58% more volume. The bass is 2.5 times louder, and because it is directly connected to the system power supply, is delivers up to 3 times the peak power. MacBook Pro is therefore a great choice when you want to quickly mix a recording, crop a video on the spot or watch movies on the go.

More comfortable keyboard. More spacious trackpad.

The interaction with the new MacBook Pro is all the more enjoyable. The rebuilt keyboard has a new second-generation wing mechanism, which we have tuned for more comfortable typing with better response. The Force Touch trackpad is much larger, so you have more space for gesture and clicks on it.

By far the most powerful and most versatile port.

The Thunderbolt 3 in one universal port connects a huge bandwidth with extraordinary versatility of the USB-C standard. With one 40Gb/s socket - double compared to Thunderbolt 2 - it transfers data, power and video. And because both sizes of the MacBook Pro are available with four ports, you can choose what to connect from which side. Existing devices are easily plugged in with a cable or adapter. In addition, Thunderbolt 3 is reversible, so plugging the connector in any way, it will always be correct.

This is why Mac is unmatched.

macOS is the operating system of every Mac. It fully utilises its hardware, is easy to control and looks nice. It contains a collection of great apps that will make you enjoy them everyday. It also has iCloud with a host of imaginative features that support Mac, iOS devices and Apple Watch.
