The MaceMaker Artemi SanMai knife set contains 5 high-quality, reliable, and stylish kitchen knives with Damascus steel blades. This thoughtfully curated set includes a Chef knife, Santoku knife, Utility knife, Carving knife, and a Bread Knife. The perfect cut is delivered by the sandwich construction of the blade, made using Japanese SanMai technology – at its core is a VG-10 steel 'razor blade', protected on both sides by a tough layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knives long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact. The Damascus steel, which consists of two different types of steel with different colour tones, also gives the knives a unique and attractive appearance. All the knives feature blades set in comfortable, solid wood handles with steel fittings. The MaceMaker Artemi SanMai kitchen knives are not suitable for dishwashers.
