The MaceMaker Hailstorm Utility SanMai is a high-quality, reliable, and stylish kitchen knife with a 15cm Damascus steel blade. An ideal cut is provided by the sandwich construction of the blade, made using Japanese SanMai technology – in the centre is a cutting “razor blade” made of VG-10 steel, which is covered on both sides by a strong layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knife long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear and impact. The Damascus steel, which consists of two different types of steel with different colour tones, gives it an attractive look. The blade is set in a comfortable solid wood handle with a steel bolster. The package also includes a practical and elegant black sheath. The MaceMaker Hailstorm Utility SanMai kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe.
