The book contains 18 hand-drawn original mandalas to colour. Mandalas are harmonising images and colouring them will not only help you to calm your mind, but also to develop your creativity and imagination. The time spent colouring is time you spend on yourself, relaxing and experiencing a joy that is independent of external circumstances.

The mandalas are printed on high-quality, pleasant paper, which is perfect for colouring with crayons. The paper is perforated at the spine so that you can easily tear out the individual mandalas and perhaps frame and display them. The book is accompanied by 18 pairs of cards with black and white mandalas on loose sheets of paper, ready for the well-known game of memory game. Just cut and you can play or you can colour these cards according to your own. To prevent the cards from getting lost, we include a handy box that you simply cut out and fold. After each game, you can hide your pexes in it.
