Use:
Microwave oven - heat the tiles for a maximum of 20 seconds with 700 Watt power, do not cover the tiles during heating, do not leave the device unattended, you can heat the tiles in warm water for about 5-10 minutes.
Freezer - place the lining in the freezer for a maximum of 5 minutes.
Refrigerate - place in the fridge for 2 hours to cool.
Warning:
Check the temperature of the compress after removing it from the oven or freezer on the back of your hand before applying it to the child's sore spot. If the wrap is too cold, wrap it in a towel or other cloth. Too high or low temperatures can cause skin problems. The wrap is for external use only.
