Allnature Matcha Premium 250 g

Matcha Premium BIO Allnature is obtained from the first spring harvest of Tencha tea leaves, which are grown exclusively in shaded plantations. The leaves are not fermented and therefore retain very important nutrients in the form of amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fibre. In Japan and China, Matcha tea is not only used as a beverage, but the powder is also used in hot and cold dishes or in the preparation of desserts and ice cream. The powder adds a distinct flavour, unique aroma and beautiful colour to every meal.
Dosing:
Whisk two to three teaspoons of the tea with a small amount of hot water (about 75°C) in a bowl with a whisk to a bright green foam. The thin frothy porridge thickens after a while by swelling the powder from the tiny particles of leaves. Add water to 200 ml. Two servings of tea a day are sufficient to provide a sufficient supply of antioxidants.

May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, sesame and nuts. Store in a dry and cool place. It is a dietary supplement only. Do not give to children under 4 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can consume tea only in limited quantities.
